If you do not remember the password to login to your FileThis account:
1. On a web browser, go to https://filethis.com/consumer/forgot-password/.
2. Enter the hilited areas in the fields shown, and click on the Send my email button. Where it asks for "Your current email address", be sure to enter your FileThis login email address. Also, where it asks for "Your new password", enter the new password you would like to use.
3. FileThis will send you a verification email with a link. Once you receive this email, click the link to process the password change.
4. Once you click the link, the password change will go into effect. It doesn't matter what web page you are taken to (even if you get an error), simply go back to https://filethis.com/consumer/login/ and login using your new password.
