If FileThis has trouble processing your credit card, you will receive an email and link to correct the information. If you want to make changes to the credit card used for billing—to update the expiration date or switch to a different card, for example—you can change this information any time.
To enter new credit card information:
- Login to FileThis from a browser.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner of the FileThis window, and select Subscription from the menu.
- In the Subscription tab, click Update Billing.
- Enter your new credit card information.
- Click Done to save your changes.
