By default, FileThis sends you a daily and weekly update, bill reminders, and production information. In addition, if FileThis has trouble delivering a document, you receive a notification. If you’d rather not receive these notifications, you can customize the notifications you receive.

Customizing Notifications Using a Browser

To change your notification preferences:

  1. Login to FileThis from a browser.
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the FileThis window.
  3. Select Notifications from the menu.
• Daily Updates: Receive an email every day that lists activity in the last 24 hours, including fetched (new) documents, connection problems, destination problems, and upcoming bills. Daily Update emails will only be sent if there is something new to report for the day.
• Weekly Updates: Receive an email every week that summarizes new documents, connection problems, destination problems, and upcoming bills.
• Bill Reminders: Receive an email reminder 5 days before a bill is due.
• Product Information: Receive important email updates from FileThis, such as app update, changes in Terms of Service and other information.
        4. Click Done to save your changes.
 




Customizing Notifications Using the App

To change your notification preferences:

  1. Login to FileThis from the app.
  2. Swipe left to display the app screen.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. In the Notifications area, slide the switch to disable any notifications you don't want to receive:
    • Daily Updates: Receive an email every day that lists activity in the last 24 hours, including fetched (new) documents, connection problems, destination problems, and upcoming bills. Daily Update emails will only be sent if there is something new to report for the day.
    • Weekly Updates: Receive an email every week that summarizes new documents, connection problems, destination problems, and upcoming bills.
    • Bill Reminders: Receive an email reminder 5 days before a bill is due. 
    • Product Information: Receive important email updates from FileThis, such as app update, changes in Terms of Service and other information.
  5. Tap the FileThis icon in the upper-left corner to save your changes and return to app screen.
