To permanently remove documents from FileThis Cloud, you can delete them. (You can, of course, download a copy of the document and back it up—but in that case, you might as well leave it in FileThis Cloud.)


Note: Be sure you want to delete the document because there is no way to undo a document deletion.


Deleting Document(s) Using a Browser

  1. In the Documents tab, locate the document(s) you want to delete.
  2. Select the documents for deletion.

    • Click to select one documents.
    • Shift+click to select a range of documents.
    • Command/Control+click to select discontiguous documents.

  3. Click the Delete button in the toolbar near the top of the window.
  4. When the warning displays, click OK.




Deleting a Document Using the FileThis Mobile App

  1. On the Documents screen, locate the document you want to delete.
  2. Tap the document to display it.
  3. Tap Delete in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  4. When the warning displays, tap Yes, Delete.
